What a vessel page must state
Three claims on any charter listing can be wrong, and all three are checkable: the specification, the availability and the basis of the price. Specification comes from the manager’s documentation for that hull — cabins as configured, crew count, tender and equipment inventory. Availability is held against the operator’s calendar and re-confirmed before a quote. Prices are quoted as a base rate with fuel, provisioning and delivery stated separately, because that is where charter quotes diverge from final invoices.
What we check on the operating side
For vessels working Indonesian waters we confirm the registration or cruising permit position, clearance handling through the harbourmaster at the departure port, and passenger insurance cover. Where a boat cannot show a current position on those, it is not listed here. National park access, fees and ranger requirements follow the Komodo National Park authority, dated on the page.
What we do not claim
